From the very start Heidi was extremely professional and personable in her approach to the selling of our property. Heidi was an amazing agent when recently selling our two townhouses. She always went the extra mile to get people to inspect our properties, e.g. trying different times of the day, different days of the week, open for inspections and also private viewings. No suggestion was ignored but taken on board immediately and acted upon and in return she had great ideas for us in terms of presenting our houses. After the ride we'd had with several other agents (and one prominent 'high end' Armadale based agency that balked at the notion of a Geelong agent selling the property - how could a Geelong agent possible know how?!), Guy and I were impressed with you both and can say from significant experience that your agency stands out from any other that we'd dealt with.
